· Small organization Diagnostic Level 1.
Designed for businesses, charities and non-profits with staff of 1 to 99, this program is a preliminary review of a small business to identify potential risk factors that may result in bad decisions, errors or fraud exposure. Consists of series of questions for owner/manager and senior manager that focuses on controls, policies, procedures, information used in decision making process and risk areas. Recommendations provided in respect to areas noted.

· Small organization Diagnostic Level ll
This program builds upon level 1’s findings, with steps that include: comparison of an organizations financial results with industrial averages; review of staff training, hiring process and staff compensation; review of forms, policies and procedures. Recommendations provided in respect to areas noted.
· Review of Contract and Agreement Service
Working with legal counsel we review contracts providing comments in respect to: interpretation of financial clauses, control and risk minimization recommendations , and business considerations. Contracts may include: software development, management remuneration, and funding agreements.
· Governance, Compliance and internal control program check-up
This is a review of an organization’s overall approach to Governance, compliance and internal control. We will provide general recommendations for the development of a program to address potential issues noted.

This consists of a 15 module in-depth process covering areas as:
